Tops and dresses disappeared

Im not sure what happened but when I logged in last weekend all the tops and dresses I had purchased disappeared and now its telling me to re buy them, I contacted customer support but so far they havent fixed the issue. Im not sure what the point of playing is anymore if I do t have anything to wear.
