Want my stuff back

Ive been playing this game for over two years, Im at level 180, Ive finally after all the hours and hard work filled my closet with lots if clothes. Ive loved it...I do the backup all the time, I log onto Facebook, I have great internet connection, today for no apparent reason I lost all my hats except for two. Yesterday I completely lost the dress I purchased through Star Wow. All the hats a crowns and headphones gone that came from star wow I cant go buy again. I reloaded, uninstalled and reinstalled, Ive contacted customer support through the game and direct email telling them and even sent a picture. Their are too many mishaps now to keep playing. Im sooooooo disappointed. I really liked playing this cute game. Im very disappointed in this games costumer service, they seem to be trying and then it just keeps happening to people. Its quite cruel really, Im a grown women but I wonder how sad for young girls loving this game. If it ran smooth and didnt steal from us I would give it five stars. Please please fix this
